The Human Resources (HR) Intern will play an important role in supporting the hiring and engagement initiatives. This role focuses on recruiting interns, maintaining performance records, and ensuring an active and positive intern community.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruit Interns according to the recruitment guidelines from your college or university or network.
2. Implement intern engagement initiatives to maintain motivation and participation within the intern community.
3. Coordinate with the management team on weekly or monthly goals related to intern performance.
4. Maintain and update intern performance records and trackers.
5. Organize activities or initiatives to boost intern morale and participation.
6. Build and maintain a strong student network within your college or university.
7. Support communication between interns and the management team when required.
