Business Analyst

The Business Analyst Intern plays an important role in evaluating business operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, track performance, and contribute to operational efficiency and growth initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in auditing products, services, and internal processes to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
2. Collect, analyze, and organize business data to support reporting and informed decision-making.
3. Prepare clear and structured reports highlighting insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
4. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and process efficiency.
5. Track the implementation and impact of approved improvements across teams and functions.
6. Maintain and regularly update analysis records, reports, and trackers using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
7. Communicate findings, challenges, and progress updates to supervisors on a weekly basis.
