Team Leader

Team Leaders play a critical role in ensuring that projects run smoothly and teams operate efficiently. As a Team Leader Intern, you will guide and support a group of interns, coordinate tasks, and ensure that project objectives are completed effectively and on time.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage a team of interns, ensuring they meet both individual and group targets.
2. Facilitate effective communication within the team and coordinate with other departments when required.
3. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding team performance and project progress.
4. Support the training and development of team members to improve their productivity and skills.
5. Identify and resolve challenges, conflicts, or operational issues within the team.
6. Motivate and encourage team members to perform at their best and maintain a positive team environment.
