Roles and responsibilities of the intern:
1. Conducting spoken English classes for students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels
2. Developing lesson plans and teaching materials based on the program guidelines
3. Providing feedback and support to students to help them improve their English speaking abilities
4. Tracking and reporting on student progress and performance to program supervisors
5. Collaborating with program supervisors to continuously improve the program and teaching materials
